This journal can be used to help you reset when you are feeling unwell or need to boost your wellbeing. Fill out the pages within over a 7-day period to reconnect with yourself and prioritise your self-care. While using this journal, it is a good idea to limit sugar and caffeine intake, sleep a minimum of 7 hours per night, drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water each day, meditate for 5 minutes each morning and night, take a 30 minute walk each day and reduce key stressors.
